This chocolate ricotta cake has a light and tender texture, packed with chocolate chips and very easy to make. It’s like cheesecake without all the work!

Start by whisking  eggs, ricotta cheese and vanilla extract.

Fold in flour mixture  just until combined.

Add melted butter and chocolate chips and fold until combined.

Transfer cake batter to a pan and bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes. That's it!
