This pumpkin bundt cake with cream cheese filling will be the star of your Thanksgiving celebrations.  Perfectly spiced pumpkin cake with pecans and a cream cheese centre. So good!

Prepare cream cheese filling and set aside.

Combine dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger and salt.

Prepare wet ingredients and stir in pumpkin purée until combined.

Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture then fold chopped pecans.

Transfer half of the pumpkin cake batter to bundt pan and top with cream cheese filling.

Place the rest of the cake batter on top of cream cheese and bake at 350F for 45-60 minutes.
