In a large bowl: whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder.

In another bowl: whisk ricotta cheese and eggs until well combined.

Stir in milk, vanilla extract and melted butter until fully incorporated.

Add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients and stir until just blended.

Fold in dark chocolate chips and walnuts until evenly distributed.

Transfer to muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350F.
