In a medium sized bowl, stir warm water, active dry yeast and sugar until dissolved. Set aside and let stand until bubbly.

In a large bowl, stir sugar and oil until fully combined.

Add salt, yeast mixture and flour. Stir until incorporated.

Once the dough starts pulling together, transfer it into a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic.
