Ube pandesal is your favourite Filipino bread roll but ube flavoured! Make it plain, with cheese, with ube halaya, or with cheese and ube halaya.

Start with your ube bread dough and mix until it comes together in a ball.

 Knead until elastic and allow to rise until double in size.

Then divide into 32 pieces.

Fill with cheese, ube, ube and cheese or make them plain.

Place on a 9x13 inch baking pan and allow to rise a second time.

Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 375F for 15 mins or until the ube pandesal springs back when gently pressed.
