about 2 medium-sized pieces, sliced, pitted and the flesh scooped out

milk

condensed milk
adjust to taste

Instructions
Put everything in a blender
1 lb ripe avocado,
1 cup milk,
¼ cup condensed milk,
1 cup ice cubes,
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately. Optional: top with more ice cream.

Yield depends on the size of the cups you use. This recipe should be good for 2-4 servings.
Add condensed milk a little a time until you get the sweetness you like.
If you need to make your milkshake richer, add more avocados. If you want it thinner, add more ice or milk.
