I find that the texture of my oats differ depending on the brand of oats I use. If your mixture is too thick, add up to ¼ cup of milk. If it's too thin, add more oats.
For best results, use ripe and sweet mangoes. If necessary, add maple syrup or honey to add to the sweetness. I like to do this while whisking the mango milk mixture; though you can also do this at the end.
