Apples are available all year but are especially delightful in the fall. They’re not only good for you, they’re great for baking too (and not just apple pies).

This apple crisp cheesecake is THE BEST DESSERT I make in the fall. With a buttery shortbread crust, a layer of cinnamon apples and salted caramel sauce, creamy cheesecake filling, and a crunchy pecan apple crisp topping, it doesn’t get better than this!
