White Chocolate Desserts

I didn’t include white chocolate under the chocolate category because I know chocolate purists would say it’s not really chocolate because it doesn’t have cocoa in it. But importantly, I think white chocolate deserves a category all its own! It GOES SO WELL WITH MANY THINGS like berries, nuts and, yes, dark chocolate.

It complements raspberries especially well. Try these white chocolate raspberry cookies or these white chocolate cupcakes with raspberry filling. It goes well with matcha or green tea too, like in this baked matcha cheesecake.
