This is one collection I really need. There are days when I work through lunch and then around mid-afternoon I go searching for something to nibble. Well, what we have is cheese and high calorie crackers left over from Christmas. Every single one of the snacks look and sound delicious. I’m definitely making two or three this weekend to have on hand, especially when the grandsons come to visit.

Me too! I’m hungry almost as soon as I finish eating lunch lol!! Have a lovely time with the grandkids ๐

I think this is the year I am gonna make the balls because they sound like the perfect snack. I love the apple chips!
Jolina
They are! And they’re so easy to make too.

I love making homemade granola bars. I haven’t made some in a while, I need to do that again. I tried making the apple crisps once before and did something wrong because next thing I knew the smoke alarms were going off in the house! My oldest son loves both banana bread and oatmeal, I’ll have to try those bars for him.
Jolina
Oh no I hate when that happens! We quickly scramble for something to fan the smoke detectors with lol.
nicole durham

Oh YUM! I’m trying to be healthier about my snacking and your post is SO helpful! Especially those apple chips, I can’t wait to make those!
Susan
Had to chuckle about the bars being low-maintenance cookies. So true! These look delicious – and maybe the batter/mixtures would work for multiple ‘formats’ – bars, cookies, balls. Will have to experiment a bit!
Jolina
True, right?? ๐
Veena Azmanov
Oh, such a delicious collection of healthy snacks. I love having something more healthy on hand so I can snack during the day. The afternoons are the worst times for me.
