Coconut Desserts
Coconut is popular in Filipino cooking and used in sweet and savory dishes. It adds a TROPICAL FLAVOR to baked goods, which I love. Whether the ingredient is coconut milk or shredded coconut, whether itโs sprinkled on top or used as filling, coconut is one of my favorite ingredients and have added it to many delicious recipes.
From traditional Filipino desserts like coconut macaroons and suman malagkit, to reader favorite Meyer lemon pie and kiwi crumble, we love coconut desserts in its many forms and hope you do, too!
